It is a professional manufacturer of continuous casting machinery and equipment bearing seats, continuous casting rolls and other roller parts series and small rolling mill bearing seats in the metallurgical steel industry. The company now has more than 60 sets of horizontal and vertical machining centers, numerical control lathes, numerical control drills, numerical control flame cutting, digital display boring machines, lathes, milling machines, grinders, drilling machines, industrial electric furnaces, argon arc welding and other equipment, and has the production capacity of monthly continuous casting, rolling mill bearing seats, continuous casting roller combination production and assembly of more than 600 sets (kits) and several small and medium-sized roller parts.
The company passed the GB/T19001-2000/ISO9001-2000 quality system certification on October 9, 2005 and continued to maintain it. In September 2016, the company passed the GB/T28001-2011/OHSAS18001:2007 occupational health and safety management system certification and continued to maintain it.
According to the development of the market and the development of the enterprise, the company carried out technological transformation in October 2013, built a new factory building of 15000 square meters, introduced and updated a large number of advanced equipment, and now has a one-stop production service from parts processing to roller assembly, which further facilitates customers, ensures product quality and lays a good foundation for large-scale production.
